Why politicians want to invent the wheel again…

Surprised I watched a talkshow at the French tv hearing about the relative high number of people unable to read and write… Education is so important. Look how they manage in Finland. Even youngest children get a graduate teacher. They think about the future up North. Less unemployment, better responsability etc. Why politicians inmany other so called civilized countries, do not dare to immitate this splendid idea? Do they not read ahout other contries success?
